We’ve heard you, gluten-free guys and gals!
Here’s an easy muffin recipe that’s gluten-free but packs a chocolate-y punch with cocoa powder and dark chocolate.  

Each bite is light, moisty, and airy, with rich, gooey dark chocolate chunks. 

 

No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

Directions

175g  of Gluten free flour
1 tsp of baking powder (4.5 g)
2 tbsp of Auro Cocoa powder (15g)
125g  of Caster Sugar
125g of Unsalted butter (softened)
2 pcs eggs
100g of Dark chocolate Coins chopped
15 g of Milk 
50 g of Cream

 

    1. Combine flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl.
    2. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and creamy. Gradually beat in the eggs
    3. Stir  in the flour mixture, chocolate chips and milk and cream to the bowl with the egg mixture.
    4. Bake it at 160°c for 15 min.
