Marketing Admin

I. JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Admin to support our marketing team with various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software, and have a strong attention to detail.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to, creating project timelines, processing billing, monitoring of expenses and other materials, setting meetings, product, vehicle, and purchase requests.
  • Coordinate effectively with suppliers, internal departments, and other relevant parties for seamless operation.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely execution and delivery of tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to brainstorm, design, and implement  *campaigns* aimed at boosting sales and meeting company objectives.
  • Manage job orders (JOs) by coordinating with the Sales Team to develop marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assist in conducting* market research and analyze internal reports to anticipate trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Assist in the management of the company’s social media profiles (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), including scheduling of stories as needed only
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, aligning with broader company objectives which may involve ingress, egress and the likes.
  • Effectively communicating with potential partners and customers.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to craft compelling messages and stories that convert customers into brand advocates.
  • Assist in updating company-owned materials or channels, gathering and organizing necessary information to be submitted to supplier or similar
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team

 

III. QUALIFICATION

  • 1-2 years work experience in marketing, advertising, project management and product development but open to Fresh Grad.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations or related field.
  • Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
  • Familiar with analytics and online advertising.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitude.
  • Creative and resourceful.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle budget management and pay per click advertising
