150g Auro 100% Tablea
3 cups of water or milk

 
    1. Put all the liquid in a large bowl set over a pot of simmering water. The bottom of the bowl should not touch the water directly.
    2. Slowly add the chocolate coins while stirring.
    3. Continue to stir until all the chocolate has melted and to heat until the mixture is hot.
    4. Whisk vigorously for 1 minute until the mixture is shiny and emulsified. Small bubbles/froth should start to form on the sides of the bowl. Be careful not to boil.
    5. Remove from the heat and pour into mugs.
    6. Serve immediately.
